They are the ‘medicines’ we seek to purify and start anew. Join us as we explore the beautiful rain forests of Costa Rica from our private accommodations at La Carolina Lodge, eco-lodge and ranch. We will link together the metaphorical teachings of the elements within yoga and other ancient cultures, gifting ourselves a big dose of renewal in the new year.
