During your relaxing 6-night stay – our fourth year hosting this magical retreat at La Carolina Lodge – you’ll be invited to unplug from city life to fully recharge. Each day we’ll guide you through a combination of gentle Pilates, plant walks and mindfulness practices, so you can tone your physical body while also tuning your heart & mind. Pilates & meditation guide Téana David will lead the way, with guest teacher Lea Bender offering yoga twice during the week. This retreat is open to all levels – even those who are new to Pilates, and includes excursions to Rio Celeste, horseback riding, waterfalls and an opportunity to practice a day of silence mid-week!
